Local Delivery

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. You’ll receive an email one day before your delivery with a two-hour delivery window so you can plan accordingly.

In-Store Pickup

Save on delivery fees by choosing free local pickup from our kitchen. Once you’ve placed your order and selected the pickup option at checkout, we’ll have your order ready on your chosen date. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We’re unable to accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.

If you need to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued provided we receive at least 5 working days’ notice for non-themed cakes or cupcakes, and 7 working days’ notice for themed or logo cakes/cupcakes.
