We require at least 2 full days' notice for all cake orders, though we recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your preferred date. You can place orders up to 2 months in advance. Don't worry—our cakes stay fresh in the fridge for 3–4 days, so you can order ahead with confidence.

All cakes are hand-delivered in perfect condition to ensure they arrive looking as beautiful as they taste.

Delivery Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Delivery Times: 8 AM – 6 PM

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email and text message with a 2-hour delivery window. If you're located just outside our delivery zone, please contact us—we may still be able to accommodate you.

Prefer to pick up your cake? You can collect your order from our bakery during business hours. We'll have it ready and waiting for you at your chosen time. Please provide at least 2 days' notice for collection orders as well.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods. Payment is required at the time of order to confirm your booking. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and provide detailed ingredient information.

For best results, store your cake in the refrigerator and remove it 30 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature. Our cakes will stay fresh for 3–4 days when properly refrigerated. Avoid storing in direct sunlight or warm areas.
