Please note that once your order has been collected or delivered, we're unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you need to cancel your order, we're happy to offer a full refund provided you give us:

At least 3 working days' notice for non-themed cakes or cupcakes, and

At least 6 working days' notice for themed cakes or cupcakes.
